Registrants must submit withdrawal and transfer requests at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a credit on their account in the Event Registration Portal, a withdrawal service charge will apply. Registrants who do not withdraw before the deadline will not receive credit for the seminar. No exemptions will be made. Conferences, Conventions, Symposiums, Certificate, Executive and Residential Programs all have different withdrawal deadlines indicated on CPA Ontario’s website.
CPA Ontario reserves the right to cancel events. If an event is cancelled, registrants will be notified and issued a full credit on their account in the Event Registration Portal.
PD Passports are not transferrable or refundable.
