Dr. Richard Leblanc is one of Canada's leading experts on corporate governance and accountability. He is an award-winning teacher, lawyer, researcher, public speaker, consultant and specialist on boards of directors. He has taught at leading universities including Harvard University. He received a teaching award as one of the top five university teachers in Ontario; was named to Canadian Who's Who, and is a past recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40TM award.

Humanitarian, Professor and Author


Stephen Lewis is an outspoken and respected humanitarian who has worked to improve the human condition, both at home and abroad. Mr. Lewis is the Co-Founder and the Board Chair of the Stephen Lewis Foundation, a Professor of Distinction at Ryerson University in Toronto and a Professor of Practice in Global Governance at the Institute for the Study of International Development at McGill University. He is also the Co-Founder and Co-Director of AIDS-Free World in the United States.
