Entering a new managerial role can be challenging. Emerging leaders must quickly gain core skills in a broad variety of areas, including performance and conflict management, budget and strategy. This intensive three-day workshop will equip participants with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to effectively oversee their teams, and collaborate with their peers and leadership. Participants will become more self-aware, confident and gain a deeper, well-rounded understanding of their roles and expectations as managers. Participants will learn how to efficiently fulfill their new responsibilities and overcome the challenges that accompany their roles. At the end of the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to create a personal managerial development plan.
