Summer Sale Until September 22

This newly revised course has shifted online into two, half-day, live, instructor-led sessions. We recognize that online learning a vastly different experience from an in-person seminar and our instructors have adapted the interactive sessions to include regularly scheduled breaks and digital breakout rooms for group discussions. Our goal is to make your experience more convenient as we navigate the new reality of virtual learning.

  • Thurs, Aug 13 @ 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Fri, Aug 14 @ 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Participants in this seminar will learn how to make better decisions – evaluating options, selecting the best course of action, and rejecting all others – in their day-to-day work and personal lives. The focus is on teaching participants a step-by-step decision-making process, while ensuring they use the correct thinking style at each step.

Attendees will learn how their own thinking style preference impacts their decisions, both positively and negatively, and how to adjust their thinking to the style needed at each step. Attendees will be able to articulate to Managers and colleagues how their decisions were made, thereby increasing effectiveness and trust. This seminar uses a real-time personal decision as the source of practical exercises.
