3. Evaluating a Business Plan (3 hours)

Look at the components that make up a business plan by working through a practical case study. The course moves from an overview of the plan to reviewing individual elements of a business plan such as cover pages, executive summaries, company descriptions, management and operations, services or product lines, market analyses, marketing and sales, financial management and projections and appendices.
