To achieve this, it’s essential to get off on the right foot and make a success of the first 100 days, which are crucial when you’re leading a team for the first time.

This e-Learning course is broken into several modules that learners can complete in a time convenient for them. Learners are encouraged to break the course up into manageable chunks according to their schedules. Learners will have access to the course until December 31, 2018. Modules include an assortment of engaging short videos, interactive sessions, reflective questions and takeaway worksheets.
