This CPA Ontario Executive Program will help finance executives further develop a practical set of skills for driving strategy and nurturing creativity and innovation among their team members. Participants will become more pro-active members of their executive teams, further contributing to their organizations’ performance in 2021.

This online program fosters a high energy, experiential learning environment. Activities consist of a combination of exercises, tool kits, guest speakers and lively discussions, as well as networking and sharing experiences. Your active participation will be required throughout the program, and learning will be facilitated by two of CPA Ontario’s proven, long-time executive professional development leaders.

Expect to improve your strategic thinking and explore the implications of environmental factors on businesses. Look at bridge building across the organization and learn ways to build a trusted relationship with your CEO. The program will also explore efficient information management, corporate governance and information security, career visioning and identifying your CFO Inertia, and considerations of talent management.
