Increase your knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Dive deeper into Outlook with this online course that teaches you by doing, not watching. Through simulation-based exercises and interactive tutorials you will learn how to stay organized and connected by working with advanced scheduling tools and mail techniques. Enhancements for 2019 include the “@mention” option to easily tag someone in an email, and Focused Inbox, a program which analyzes incoming email and prioritizes the most important messages.
