Researchers and public and private sector leaders have established that disruption of business models will become even more common and accelerate through the rest of this century. Disruptive events (e.g., the accelerating impact of AI) bring profound changes and can destroy existing business models. However, the understanding of the forces at work and their managerial implications are not yet well understood by most executives.

This comprehensive CPA Ontario certificate program will help leaders to develop the competencies needed to facilitate adaptation and transformation in an increasingly disruptive business environment. Expect to gain practical insights into leadership techniques and skills to help you manage disruption as either the disrupted or the disruptor.
