Strengthen operational management with Activity-Based Planning (ABP).

Activity-Based Planning (ABP) is a collaborative approach to business process management. Strategic, operational, and financial teams share information to create predictive models for “future state” scenarios. These business models can help identify cost reduction opportunities for an organization while retaining quality and service levels. This webinar will examine how to successfully implement ABP and improve operational process through inputs and efficiencies.

This 12-hour, instructor-led workshop will be offered in three, 4-hour sessions. Learn the critical success factors associated with implementing an improved methodology for operations management, resource planning and costing. Through the use of real-world examples and an interactive case study, you will come away with tips, techniques, and templates for implementing ABP initiatives in their organizations.

CPAs are encouraged to attend with their operational and strategic planning colleagues to fully realize the benefits of ABP.

It is recommended, but not essential, that participants attend the seminar Understanding ABP prior to enrolling in this course.
