EVENT DESCRIPTION

Not-for-profit organizations face increasing challenges and demands for heightened performance and demonstrable impact. This five-day program will provide Executive Directors and Finance Managers with essential tools, frameworks and models to strengthen the not-for-profit finance function and its integration with strategy. Participants will learn how to assess and advance the four elements of the not-for-profit business model: cost, revenue, capital structures and program portfolios.
