Learn how to develop and implement an ESG program in your organization.
This CPA Ontario webinar will examine how to develop and implement an Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) framework in order to avoid litigious or reputational damage to an organization. It will outline ESG frameworks issued by standard setters currently in place, and discuss common practices for disclosure in Canada and around the world.
Participants will review the statutory requirements of ESG reporting as issued by the Canadian Securities Administrators. The course will highlight the major environmental, social and governance issues of the day, and review the best practices that are evolving in order to respond to these requirements.
