Description
Everyone is prone to biases and mistakes that cause poor judgement, harm others, and perpetuate systems of inequality. Yes, everyone, unfortunately. But when we're alert to these things we can strive to do better, whether in our workplaces or larger communities. This course offers a conscious path to making improvements, standing up for ourselves, and being allies to others.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course, participants will gain an ability to stand up for diversity and inclusion, the readiness to be an ally, and an alertness to bias and microaggressions and the harm that they can cause.
