  • This session offers participants a unique and highly practical method for managing time and priorities; one that is up-to-date and truly sensible for the multigenerational, wireless and social media dominated world in which we live and work. Using principles of psychology, physiology and project management, you will learn how to manage the expectations of others, manage their own strengths and weaknesses, and approach tasks in a method that will vastly improve prioritization skills, productivity, focus, email management, meetings and even unexpected activities. You will walk away from the session with a renewed sense of time and how to master it. This is a highly practical course which you can easily teach to your teams back at the workplace.
