We have all felt pressured, at one time or another, to respond to a difficult question, opinion, or suggestion, and we may have been unsure how to respond. This CPA Ontario course will teach practical strategies for communicating under pressure.

The course will examine different communication styles, assertive expression, and how to say no. Common situations where pressure occurs, and how the body responds to stress will also be explored.
