The first five course registrants will receive a signed copy of John Mattone’s book “The Intelligent Leader."
This course is a 10-week modern action-based leadership development and coaching experience that turns leaders and future leaders into better leaders – faster. Through independent study and virtual coaching, you will learn actionable strategies to better understand yourself and how to present yourself as an effective leader.
Developed by the world’s #1 ranked executive coach, John Mattone. Each week, leaders will watch a compelling three-to four-minute video delivered by John Mattone and take action based on John’s key lesson. You will log your insights and learnings, then receive virtual coaching from a John Mattone-Global Master Certified Executive Coach in 24 to 48 hours following your submission. You will also receive 2 virtual face-to-face coaching sessions with your assigned Intelligent Leadership Master Coach.
Participants will be asked to select at least three stakeholders, such as managers, peers, mentors, advisors, etc. who know you well and are in the best position to offer honest feedback. Leaders are held accountable through gamification, progress reports and a post-program return on investment (ROI) tool.

Program Details:
This course takes place on the ILOA learning platform and is made up of synchronous and asynchronous components.
Throughout the course you will be asked to attend three live sessions (outlined below in the program schedule).
You will not be required to log in and review each week’s video at a scheduled time, but are expected to stay on track with your weekly challenges. You must complete at least 50% of the program to earn your CPD hours and certificate of completion.
