Happy employees give their best, and well-being is shown to have an immediate impact on productivity, innovation and customer orientation. But how can you create a positive atmosphere? How do measure team happiness and well-being? And how can you best deal with people when they're unhappy or burned out? This program will help you set up a framework for team well-being.
This e-Learning course is broken into several modules that learners can complete in a time convenient for them. Learners are encouraged to break the course up into manageable chunks according to their schedules. Modules include an assortment of engaging short videos, interactive sessions, reflective questions and takeaway worksheets.
